  • Presentations: Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, and other business-related materials.
  • Business Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of our business, including handling purchases, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including personnel records, payroll data, and other confidential materials.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills.
