Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Plant Leadership Team and assist the HR Manager with local HR tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Plant Leadership Team members, including preparing reports, processing mail, and filing.
  • Manage Plant Manager calendar and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate plant communications and assist with updating production training records and plant audit dates.
  • Assist HR Manager with proper documentation for new hires and employee transaction forms.
  • Support Plant Management with time-keeping and attendance tracking.
  • Order and organize plant supplies.
  • Plan and coordinate site activities, meetings, and travel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
