Service Operations Coordinator

As a Service Operations Coordinator at Mr. Handyman, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Service Professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include leading customer communications, scheduling service professionals, and making recommendations to ensure seamless project execution.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
- Schedule Management: Organize work and schedules for our Service Professionals while managing inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Project Execution: Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with Service Professionals.
