About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Liaison to join our team at California Closets Michigan in Birmingham. As a Client Service Liaison, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Clerical Support:
    • Manage appointment scheduling for Design Consultants and follow up on leads in an efficient and detailed manner.
    • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer needs.
  • Showroom & Office Management:
    • Keep the showroom pristine and organized, ensuring it's always ready for customers.
    • Assist with general office duties, including maintaining office equipment, inventory of supplies and sales materials, and ensuring the space remains neat and functional.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Greet customers warmly, offer showroom tours, and provide information about our products and design processes.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, helping clients feel welcomed and valued.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including managing scheduling calendars and resource coordination.
    • Assist with marketing tasks and data entry, as directed by the Liaison Manager.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Punctual and reliable attendance.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Passion for design and eagerness to learn about our products and offerings.

Earnings:

$18-$20 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
