- Investigate errors in the inbound and outbound process and take corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $50,400 - $60,200 per annum, depending on location and experience.
