About the Role:

As a Construction Advocate, you will play a critical part in interacting with management companies, HOAs, and homeowners to gain access to backyard easements and assist customers with property damage claims. Your excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail will be essential in managing customer relationships and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve property access issues
  • Collaborate with customers to file property damage claims
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations
  • Represent Kinetic professionally in all interactions

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of professional experience; or 4+ years of related experience
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
