About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address carrier concerns, complete action items, and resolve issues within policy and state guidelines.
  • Investigate errors in the inbound and outbound process, identify root causes, and take corrective actions.
  • Capture revenue for special requests and daily activities based on established rates.
  • Generate reports as necessary for account status tracking purposes.

Requirements
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
  • Two years of related experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and customer service experience.
  • Basic computer or tablet skills, basic office equipment, and high jump experience a plus.
