Position Overview:

The Executive Administrative Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the property management team, particularly in the realm of landlord/tenant dispute resolution. This position is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and facilitating effective communication within the department and with external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documentation pertinent to landlord/tenant disputes.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Manage correspondence related to property management and legal matters.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court schedules.

Document Oversight:
  • Create, edit, and proofread documents and legal correspondence related to property management.
  • Compile and distribute lease agreements while maintaining accurate tenant files.
  • Digitally archive all relevant documents into the system.

Communication and Liaison:
  • Serve as a communication bridge between property managers, tenants, and legal representatives.
  • Engage with tenants regarding property issues and dispute processes.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure adherence to landlord/tenant regulations.

Data Management and Reporting:
  • Gather statistical data and prepare reports for the property management team.
  • Assist in organizing information for investor presentations and reports.
