About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Led Sales Associate Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and developers
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of field experience in quota-carrying sales in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Fluent in English
  • Must live in the Austin, TX area
