About the Role

MongoDB is a leading developer data platform that empowers innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries. As a Product Led Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth in your assigned region. We're looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with a sales strategy and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & developers
  • Become a product expert and understand all components of MongoDB
  • Manage your time efficiently
  • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  • Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Fluent in English
  • Must live in territory (Austin, TX)
  • Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
