Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Summary: Join our team as a Life Enrichment Assistant and make a difference in the lives of our residents You'll support the Director of Life Enrichment in developing and executing programming that incorporates the Six Dimensions of Wellness, ensuring that every resident has access to engaging and meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead activities and provide materials for dementia residents
  • Contribute to planning the Life Enrichment calendar based on resident interests
  • Coordinate and supervise planned outings

Requirements: We're looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years' experience working with seniors, and excellent communication skills. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is a must.
