Lead Product Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned product marketing professional to drive our mission as the leading credit-building application.

Role Responsibilities:As a pivotal member of the Product Marketing team at Kikoff, you will play a crucial role in shaping product adoption and enhancing customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Insight Development: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, analyze data, and collaborate with our Customer Support team through surveys and interviews.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Take ownership of a comprehensive roadmap for product adoption and initiatives, ensuring optimal customer experiences.
- Product Launch Management: As part of a rapidly growing startup, you will spearhead the launch and promotion of new products and features.
- Marketing Campaign Leadership: Collaborate with a team to design and implement marketing campaigns, overseeing everything from strategy to creative execution and performance analysis.
