About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at UWorld. As a key member of our College Readiness division, you will be responsible for growing new business opportunities and expanding our institutional B2B business through direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and target key contacts within assigned regions to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Source new sales opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and conduct on-site presentations and sales demos
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to document market insights and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science, marketing, communications, or business
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in outside education sales
  • Previous sales experience in educational sales required
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within defined geographic regions
  • Proven ability to convert prospects and achieve sales quotas
