Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing clients in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect for potential clients in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
- Create and present proposals to prospective clients
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections
- Monitor results against sales budget and goals
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities
- Experience in a sales role and understanding of the sales cycle
- Excitement to work with an entrepreneurial growing company
- Desire for maximizing earnings potential
- Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings
We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000, plus commissions, paid monthly. Anticipated OTE is $160k+ annually. You will also receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision health insurance options, 401k plan with company match, paid holidays, paid time off, and a suite of additional company benefits. In addition, we match your charitable giving donations, up to $100 annually.
This is a 100% remote position, with frequent travel to visit customer accounts throughout California. Occasional overnight travel for conferences may be required.
