We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Leoforce Technologies India pvt ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including physical examinations, laboratory results, and diagnostic imaging.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, cultures, and imaging studies.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed, in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, or Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Current FL State Licensure as an APRN or PA.
  • Current BLS and PALS (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP).
  • Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA.
  • 1 year of NICU experience as an NNP or PA; or NICU RN experience if New Grad.
