How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Provide advanced medical care in the patient's home
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat complex illnesses
  • Administer therapeutic interventions and minor procedures
  • Use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice
  • Document patient encounters accurately
  • Analyze test data, educate patients and families, and facilitate coordination of care
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Proactively solve problems and maintain clinical and safety standards
  • Provide care with compassion and empathy
  • Attend training sessions and maintain professional etiquette
  • Lead practice and advocate for patient needs

What You Need:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in relevant areas
  • Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution
  • Current state license as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Nationally board certified, current
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a varied schedule with evenings, holidays, and weekends required
