Job Title: Finance Manager, Third Party Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead the financial reporting, accounting, and analysis of the financial performance of all third-party manufacturing sites in North America. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and leadership to the Third-party Operations (TPO) and Conversion Innovation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial reporting, accounting, and analysis of the financial performance of all third-party manufacturing sites in North America.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Partner with the leadership of the third-party operation, conversion innovation, and TPO procurement support for day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the Business Shared Services for timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities to drive business performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of financial management and accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing consumer goods environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting is required; a professional accounting designation or MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical accounting, planning, analysis, reporting, and systems expertise.
