Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team at Outcode Software. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships within the sales department.

Your primary focus will be on liaising between the sales team and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and understanding client goals. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be proactive in addressing client needs, and manage the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and relationships

  • Organize meetings with clients to discuss their needs
  • Monitor and report on sales performance
  • Suggest innovative ways to increase sales and enhance client experience
Requirements
  • Ability to increase customer engagement
  • Knowledge of customer relations management software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or education in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a sales account executive
  • Extensive customer service experience
