Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our world-class sales organization. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing new business deals with SMB companies, building on existing relationships, and partnering with internal business lines to secure deals that impact our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales plans to effectively and efficiently manage accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Utilize outstanding communication skills, sales savvy, and industry knowledge to close deals.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Understand market trends and interpret data relevant to our initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition using a value-selling approach.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of overachievement (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc.).
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity and pipeline development.
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Experience selling into commercial/mid-market accounts.
  • Ability to work 3 days in the office per week.
