- Customer Service: Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries, especially during peak seasons.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automation projects and related products (training provided).
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, especially in non-call center environments.
- Order Entry: Basic knowledge of order entry, quote entry, and inventory look-up processes.
Entegee offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
