Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hussmann. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, gathering vital details and identifying the appropriate course of action to resolve issues.
  • Service Call Management: Enter vital details related to service calls into the appropriate application, determining priority and setting customer expectations.
  • Dispatch and Escalation: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of dispatch and escalation procedures, monitoring and dispatching service calls to technicians as needed.
  • Offline Tasks: Perform assigned offline tasks, including work order management and asset tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer engagement experience, including work order and asset management software (e.g. Corrigo, Verisae).
  • Industry Knowledge: 1 year of proven experience supporting client categories via phone or email in the food retail industry.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
