Customer Service Representative

Waste Connections is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bridgeton, MO. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer disputes, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer disputes and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Promote our services to customers and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- 2 years of phone customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
