Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manages a team of supervisors and analysts to ensure timely and specification-compliant project completion.
  • Assigns tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise, experience, and deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Directs a cross-functional team to ensure project delivery is on schedule, meets specifications, and is executed with precision and efficiency.
  • Regularly updates project management tools to communicate and monitor project progress.
  • Defines project tasks and allocates responsibilities accordingly.
  • Conducts financial assessments, estimating the anticipated costs for the project.
  • Develops and enforces a budget based on these estimates.
  • Performs risk evaluations; informs management of identified risks; offers recommendations for risk mitigation (including project termination if necessary).
  • Addresses inquiries, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Acts as a communication bridge between the organization, clients, and suppliers.
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide necessary training and information to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensures adherence to federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and organizational regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Undertakes other related tasks as assigned.

  • Experienced in using Project Management Software, specifically 'Monday'.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
