This position will serve as the primary point of contact and on-site leader for energy generation projects nationwide. Job placement will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience, including:

Additional certifications in project management, application engineering, and energy generation are advantageous. Extensive technical knowledge of energy generation equipment and processes (engine, generator, PV, BESS, and electrical systems) is required. Proficiency in scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, and Project Management Software, preferably Procore, is also necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• The Construction Project Supervisor will be expected to operate within multidisciplinary teams and effectively facilitate the execution of energy generation projects awarded to Dragline Service Specialties, whether as an EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) contractor or in other capacities. Such projects typically involve:

o Reciprocating Engine Driven Generator Sets (Diesel or Natural Gas)

o Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), and associated programming and software

o Solar Power (PV, Inverters, System Controllers, Racking and Tracking Systems, etc.)

o Other Energy Solutions Equipment, including Power Transformers, Emissions Reduction Systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), etc.

Project/Construction Management:

• Adhere to the Energy Solutions Quality Assurance Program for each project to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.

• Maintain communication with contractors, engineers, commissioning personnel, customers, and end-users throughout all project stages.

• Develop and update project schedules in accordance with Energy Solutions standards and customer expectations. The Construction Project Supervisor will provide daily updates and share weekly progress reports with internal and external teams.

• Continuously track project deliverables and execution throughout all stages, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and code requirements. Collaborate with engineering and contractor personnel as necessary to ensure technical accuracy and project planning.

• Organize and lead meetings throughout the project lifecycle, including:

o Kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review project requirements and execution plans.

o Regular project update meetings to discuss progress, action items, safety updates, budget status, and change orders.

o Post-project review meetings to evaluate budget, schedule, and compliance, along with improvement strategies.

• Source and expedite necessary components and accessories within project budgets and timelines.

• Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budgets and produce a project cost summary upon completion.

• Collaborate with internal safety teams to adapt the safety program for each project, ensuring a culture of safety on-site. Responsibilities include leading daily safety meetings, ensuring compliance with safety documentation, and facilitating site visits and audits.

Project Reporting:

• The Construction Project Supervisor will track all project information using required software, reporting progress to the Director of Engineering Procurement and Construction. Each project phase will be reviewed and signed off before advancing to the next stage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for future improvements.
