About the Role

As a Business Process Analyst at Insight Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead and guide teams in analyzing business needs, designing efficient processes, and implementing solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize business processes.
  • Requirements analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to inform process design and implementation.
  • Process design: Design and implement efficient processes that align with business objectives.
  • Project management: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Business analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to address these opportunities.
  • Requirements gathering: Gather and document business requirements to inform process design and implementation.
  • Solution design: Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and align with strategic objectives.
  • Business needs assessment: Assess business needs and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and solutions.
  • Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Training: Provide training to end-users on new processes and solutions.
  • End-user support: Provide support to end-users on new processes and solutions.
  • Post-deployment support: Provide ongoing support to ensure solutions continue to meet business needs.
Project Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and providing expertise on continuous process improvement strategies. This will involve guiding and leading a sub-team of project resources in the review and analysis of requirements and requests.

The candidate will work with business and technical teams to analyze current process requirements, track key performance indicators, and solidify best practices to produce the best end-to-end process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
  • Experience with integration process development.
  • Experience with integration platforms (Workato, Informatica, Boomi, etc).
  • Knowledge of ERP, WMS, EDI systems.
  • SQL scripting.
  • Expert in Visio for process documentation.
Soft Skills
  • Personable.
  • Great communication.
  • Excellent soft skills - able to ask the questions and get the answers the business might not even know.
