Key Responsibilities:

As a Charitable Planning Attorney, your duties will encompass:

1. Delivering expert legal counsel on all facets of charitable planning, including the formation and management of diverse charitable entities and trusts.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating intricate charitable contribution agreements.
3. Advising clients on the legal and tax ramifications of their charitable giving approaches.

6. Representing clients before regulatory authorities and in legal matters as required.
7. Promoting the firm's charitable planning offerings through various marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the position of Charitable Planning Attorney, candidates must possess:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
2. Admission to the Bar in Florida, New York, or Connecticut.
3. At least five years of legal practice, particularly in charitable planning.
4. A proven history of effectively advising clients on charitable planning issues.
5. Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation capabilities.
6. In-depth knowledge of the legal and tax considerations surrounding charitable contributions.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
8. The capacity to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and adhere to tight deadlines.
9. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
