Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dynamic Access LLC. As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling and coordinating all service calls, maintaining our ordering system, and ensuring that services are completed in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answer customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate all service calls, ensuring that our customers receive the services they need in a timely manner.
  • Ordering System Maintenance: Maintain our ordering system, ensuring that all orders are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers, PICC RNs, and Regional Managers to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on service calls and orders.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent with some college or technical school coursework and a minimum of six months of job-related experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including Windows and Microsoft Office, and experience with computer hardware and computer servers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration procedures and ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone and oral communication skills, with good to excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position, and the employee will work primarily from home or a quiet environment with a clear cellular signal. The employee will be required to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity and organization.

Physical Demands:

This is a sedentary role, and the employee will be required to sit for long periods of time, with occasional standing and walking.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, with hours of 2pm-10pm during the week and 12pm-8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Weekends are rotating, with two days off during the week to make up for working those.
