During this 12-week program, you will enjoy:

Day-to-day, you will be working on:

  • Researching new leads, uncovering new opportunities, and collaborating with prospective customers to utilize TMC's world-class logistics offerings
  • Leveraging outbound sales prospects through outreach via phone and email communications
  • Collaborating with internal teams to craft and propose best-in-class brokerage solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals guided by a strong mentorship program
  • Utilizing Salesforce and other sales tools to build prospect lists and share results with the sales and leadership teams
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of TMC's platform, industry trends, and competition

In this role, you can expect to earn a salary of approximately $40,000 per year, depending on your location and level of experience.
