Our Team:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Global Logistics Sales and Relationship Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and industry publications.
    • Schedule face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients and prospects to build relationships and close deals.
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Maintain a list of existing accounts and prospects by regularly engaging with decision-makers and conducting frequent calls or visits.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through travel and exploration of new markets.
  • Reporting and Pricing:
    • Monitor and report on sales activities through CRM software and provide market insights to other departments.
    • Understand client needs and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role within the freight forwarding industry.
    • Knowledge of US imports regulations and ability to understand client requirements.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both clients and colleagues.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and negotiate contracts.
