Sales Development Professional

Hafezi Collective is a leading sales and education company dedicated to empowering local salons to thrive. Our team provides luxury products, education, and support services that help salons succeed.
Salary: $18/hour, paid bi-weekly with an uncapped commission structure.
Job Description:
This role offers a 6-month comprehensive training program designed to develop your sales and branding skills. As a Sales Development Trainee, you will participate in structured trainings and flexible work arrangements. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Participating in the 6-month training program
- Maintaining a positive and engaged mindset
- Exceeding sales targets through proactive engagement and effective communication
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, networking, and cold outreach
- Utilizing tools and platforms to source new leads and build a robust pipeline
- Conducting virtual outreach through email, social media, and phone calls to connect with potential clients
- Scheduling and attending initial meetings to understand client needs and present our product offerings
- FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTS TO CONVERT THEM INTO LOYAL CUSTOMERS
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Working towards achieving set targets and performance metrics to qualify for promotion to a Business Development Manager role, when one is available
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in business, sales, advertising, marketing, or a related field (attending or graduated Winter 2024 latest)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for door-to-door prospecting
- Willingness to relocate pending graduation for career development
