About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Corinth Consulting Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
