We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Front Office Representative to join our team at Southern Skies Dermatology and Surgery LLC.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a half-day on Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and have strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient experience by greeting patients warmly and efficiently checking in and out patients.
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Manage phone calls, check voicemail, and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
• Collect payments from patients and process transactions securely.
• Schedule appointments for new and established patients effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior medical front office experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in using computer systems for patient management and billing.

Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $13.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and other supplement benefits, as well as 401K and PTO. We seek a long-term commitment from our employees.
