Customer Service Lead

The United Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of phone room professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of phone room professionals to meet productivity and performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless data management.
- Collaborate with other departments to align customer service activities with company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a phone room environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Managerial or supervisory experience is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and office software for data management and reporting.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of $52,000, commission pay based on performance, and huge bonus opportunities for achieving and exceeding goals.
