Customer Service Lead Position

The United Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of phone room professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of phone room professionals to meet productivity and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless data management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align customer service activities with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a phone room environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Managerial or supervisory experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and office software for data management and reporting.

Compensation:

Competitive salary of $52,000, commission pay based on performance, and huge bonus opportunities for achieving and exceeding goals.
