Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily restaurant operations, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement quality control measures, ensuring consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize ordering processes to minimize waste and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record as a successful shift leader or manager in the food service industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and local health codes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
