This includes designing protocols, providing management oversight, and ensuring that all calls are handled professionally and in line with standards and practices.

- Guide and manage the performance and professional development of team members through regular coaching and mentoring.">
- Foster an environment where employees are empowered and their ideas and skillsets are taken into consideration when making decisions.">
- Collaborate closely with trainers, QA resources, and manager to identify and address gaps.">
- Perform regular file reviews and audits to determine compliance with best practices.">
- Facilitate and promote consistent, positive department financial results by actively strategizing with and providing guidance to associates.">
About You
">We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and communication skills who can effectively interact with associates, managers, agents, and vendors. You should have experience in managing multiple priorities and working independently.
">Additional requirements include:
">- ">
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.">
- 3+ years of insurance experience within the private passenger market (preferable).">
- 3+ years of leadership, supervision, and training of others.">
