Customer Service Team Lead

As a Service Coordinator at Carolina Handling, you will be responsible for supporting the directed service manager and team in a fast-paced environment. You will receive and prioritize service calls from customers, dispatch service technicians according to customer needs, and provide support for technicians to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or dispatch environment.
- Data entry experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
You will be expected to communicate daily with assigned teams and technicians for daily coverage and needs, coordinate efforts of the team, and address daily, weekly, and monthly issues affecting customer service and profitability.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D, disability, employee assistance program, 401K with a company match, and profit sharing.
