Scrum Master

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team supporting the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) Case Management Systems Office (CMSO) in Washington, DC.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile development and experience working with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). They will be responsible for organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, maintaining JIRA and other information radiators, and mentoring and coaching team members on Agile values and principles.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in Agile development environments. They will be able to manage multiple projects and work rapidly in a high tempo environment that often requires multitasking.
The salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500, and our benefits package includes a variety of medical plan options, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match.
