Scrum Master

Job Summary: Interclypse is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scrum Master to join a high-functioning team in a critical role driving success as the scrum master, communicator, and integrator.
Responsibilities:
* Collect, capture and perform requirements analysis
* Document and communicate the results of your efforts, including but not limited to Requirements Backlog, Test Cases, Release Notes, etc.
* Write user stories to support development and deployment
* Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support a product team and product owner in defining the backlog and ensuring the user's perspective is considered
* Assist in handling Application Service Tickets
* Assist in writing/reviewing procedural documents for the management of the project and personnel
* Work with Product Owners and users to determine operational objectives of business needs and elicit requirements
* Focus requirements gathering on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement
* Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
* Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
* Serve as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and users
* Perform as the primary or backup Scrum Master
Requirements:
* Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
* The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
* Excellent documentation skills.
* Experience with the Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
* Experience with Agile and Scrum and Kanban frameworks
* Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
* Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
