Senior Specialist, Federal ServiceNow Scrum Master

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct business needs identification, business analysis planning, stakeholder analysis and change activities, and requirements analysis and design definition.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Create Wireframes / Mockups for the user stories, develop and maintain user stories leveraging ServiceNow and communicate requirements so that development teams can work effectively.
  • Lead the flow of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning, providing a controlled, joined-up overall view of the business and functional requirements at a detailed level.
  • Monitor progress and deadlines for each application development team, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact project timelines.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the backlog of user stories and tasks for each business analyst, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and priorities.

A minimum of three years of ServiceNow project management experience leading application development teams in the delivery of ServiceNow solutions; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.

Solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, including the ability to properly write users stories and breaking down large stories into component parts.

Experience with requirements elicitation or the configuration of the ServiceNow platform.

Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change.

Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.

Government Secret clearance.
