As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Removing Scrum Team impediments to progress.
  • Ensuring a proper flow of communication between the Scrum Team and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance through the use of Agile metrics and tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Scrum Teams on a Federal Healthcare IT project.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Proficient with Agile project management tools.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
