Agile Scrum Master

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support the Department of State in our Defense and Security Segment. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in delivering Agile support and expertise to the government.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as Scrum Master across multiple teams
- Analyze requirements, developer experiences, performance metrics, and infrastructure trends to assist the client in making decisions
- Assist and facilitate scaled Agile development processes and maintain clear, actionable Azure DevOps (ADO) workflows
- Work closely with Technical Leads to define features and prioritize with work items by assessing priority and impact
- Collaborate with the team to resolve blockers and dependencies
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- FOUR (4) years professional experience with at least ONE (1) as a Scrum Master
- Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner/Product Manager, etc.)
- Experience leading teams using scaled Agile methods
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience implementing at a Federal program
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others
- Flexibility, agility, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as to work independently
- Experience/knowledge working in Azure DevOps
- Experience working in scaled Agile teams
- Self-motivated with innate organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple work streams against tight deadlines
- Comfort in functioning as both a business partner as well as a subject matter expert; ability to understand and weigh long- and short-term budget considerations; and to communicate complex decision points to clients
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relations with and communicate across all levels of staff and leadership, along with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups
- Experience building project plans, status reports, and other content for executive leadership which promote efficient decision-making
