Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Sales to join our team at Interstate Batteries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Automotive Parts Aftermarket channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual unit sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, business consultants, and dealer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a related field
  • 4+ years of B2B/commercial sales experience
  • Strong customer service and business development skills
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Parts Aftermarket channel (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work and travel independently on a sustained basis
