Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and development
- Leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Leading and mentoring a small team to achieve business objectives
- Providing expert training and development to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Utilizing Salesforce-based CRM to monitor and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams
- A passion for building relationships and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving results and delivering exceptional outcomes
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
- A driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
- A clean background and reliable transportation
