Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and development
  • Leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Leading and mentoring a small team to achieve business objectives
  • Providing expert training and development to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Utilizing Salesforce-based CRM to monitor and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams
  • A passion for building relationships and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving results and delivering exceptional outcomes
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
  • A driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • A clean background and reliable transportation
