About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Local Ads team, responsible for driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, and entrepreneurs. As a key member of our team, you will own high-impact local relationships with reseller partners, creating a brand new business and revenue stream for Amazon Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quota of your assigned local BoB and track it in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner media teams, market-level teams, and executive teams.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, demonstrating subject matter expertise and providing insights to customers.
  • Determine the right goals, inform decisions, and design scalable, long-term solutions that meet shared objectives.
  • Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems and create tailored solutions for each customer.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to develop local-specific strategies and narratives for local digital media advertising growth.
  • Take ownership of the pre- and post-sale process, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded and results are delivered.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience in account management and selling of digital media.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience consistently closing sales and generating revenues, high-level negotiation, and successful internal and external relationship management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $171,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
