Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are looking for an accomplished Bookkeeper / Office Manager to manage financial operations, ensure timely payroll processing, and maintain organizational efficiency.
- Ensure that bi-weekly payroll is processed accurately and timely
- Manage order placement and procurement
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Key Responsibilities: To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8-10 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
