Job Overview:
This exciting opportunity involves managing various aspects of accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, researching discrepancies, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
• Review and process payable invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
• Conduct thorough research to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
• Offer exceptional support to internal stakeholders, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Prepare financial statements for unrecorded Automatic Clearing House transactions, working closely with the team to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
• Carry out additional duties as designated by the company.
Essential Qualifications:
• A high school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree in Business and/or Accounting is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 6 months of relevant accounting experience or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated accuracy and precision in data entry tasks.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $40,000 and $55,000, contingent upon qualifications and prior experience.
