Responsibilities:
  • Invoice management and reconciliation.
  • Purchasing and procurement activities.
  • Collection of past due invoices and customer relationship management.
  • Preparation of deposits for payments and work orders.
  • Accurate record-keeping and month-end closing tasks.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in accounting, including AP, AR, and GL.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and data entry expertise.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with AP/AR and payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience.
