Office Support Coordinator

At NOVA Engineering LLC, we're seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team in Fort Lauderdale. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining our office operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of administrative and accounting experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
We're looking for someone with solid knowledge of basic office procedures, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn internal software), strong communication skills, attention to detail, and fluency with Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities- Administer office services to achieve efficient and economical operations.
- Assist with accounts payable and processing internal reports & timesheets.
- Responsible for assistance with new employee orientation, coordination with Corporate Human Resources.
- Maintain department supplies through accurate inventory and purchasing.
- Work closely with management to establish systems and procedures for delivery of services.
- Email invoices to clients.
- Typically requires 0-3 years of administrative and accounting experience.
- Solid knowledge of basic office procedures.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency and Efficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
