Office Coordinator

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to work in our Fort Lauderdale office. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Job Duties:
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to relevant personnel or leaving voicemails when necessary.
- Assist visitors, ensuring they are greeted professionally and directed to the correct person or area.
- Retrieve and deliver messages to staff members.
- Provide clients and callers with accurate company information, including contact details and location.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, handling publications and coordinating express mail pickups.
- Arrange meetings and book conference rooms.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, and filing.
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be between $42,000 and $58,000 annually, based on experience.
