We are currently in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering administrative and general office support to the designated department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, providing assistance and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Welcome visitors and assess their needs, ensuring they are guided to the right personnel.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shared spaces.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned branches.
  • Input payroll-related information into the system to meet deadlines.
  • Sort and distribute daily mail.
  • Coordinate courier services as needed.
  • Assist with bulk mailing tasks as requested.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for the executive team.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and manage special orders.
  • Request Insurance Certificates as necessary.
  • Facilitate customer invoice approvals as required.
  • Handle deposits and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain an organized electronic filing system.
  • Assist in organizing special events as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Able to collaborate with diverse groups.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to building positive working relationships.
